By accessing or using Wiki Race you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

Eligibility

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when joining or hosting a lobby.
• Use Wiki Race only for lawful purposes and respect other players.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or automate gameplay.
• Respect Wikipedia's terms of use and community guidelines while playing.

Intellectual property

Wiki Race and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Wiki Race team and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Wikipedia content remains subject to the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike License and the Wikimedia Foundation terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Wiki Race at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that jeopardizes the platform or its community.

Disclaimers

Wiki Race is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Wiki Race, its developers, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past twelve months.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify players via the site or email. Continued use of Wiki Race after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
